A call back to set a time
We go over what you sent, ask a few questions about the space, and pick a day and time to meet at the property.
Site visit and measure
We measure the area, check how the ground slopes and where water goes, and look at what has to come out.
Options walk-through
We talk through the materials that fit the space and the budget: turf grades, concrete finishes, paver styles, rock.
Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing, based on what we measured and the options you chose. Compare it and call with questions.

What helps us give a faster estimate
None of this is required, but each one shortens the gap between your message and a number. Photos of the area show us what is coming out and how the ground sits. Rough dimensions, even paced off, tell us the size of the job before the visit. The goal matters most: a lawn that stops needing water, a driveway that fits two cars, a patio with room for a table. Knowing what the space is for decides which samples we bring.

It depends on the season and what is already on the schedule that week, so we would rather give you a real date on the call than a promise here. Call and we will tell you the next opening.
Yes. A short walkway, a small patch of turf, or a single planter wall gets the same measure and written estimate as a full yard. We do not say no to small projects.
